Your baby's first days are incredibly special and they seem to disappear in the blink of an eye. As a newborn photographer, I offer relaxed and beautifully styled newborn photography sessions designed around you and your baby.
My newborn photography is very natural, baby-led and focuses on capturing those tiny details and individual features that make your baby completely unique.
Sessions take place in my cosy Yeovil photography studio, with beautiful handmade outfits, luxury fabrics and carefully selected props to create timeless images for you to treasure.
I have completed specialist training in newborn photography and the safe handling and posing of newborn babies, your baby's safety is always my highest priority.
The ideal time to schedule your shoot is when baby is between 5 days and 1 month old so that we get those snuggly cute sleeping photos. Don’t let that put you off booking if your little one is older, we will still capture the most gorgeous images of your precious new arrival.

Whether your little one is newborn, a few weeks old or beginning to grow into their own little personality, I'll create a collection of beautiful photographs that you can look back on for years to come.

Are you trained?
Yes, I have been trained in the safe handling and posing of newborns and when you choose me you can be assured that I take the safety of your baby as my top priority.
Are you safe?
Absolutely, I use only the safest techniques when posing and moving your little one. I do not use any methods of manipulation or posing that may endanger your newborn or put their future health at risk.
If you wanted to follow the latest trend and have your little one photographed in the ‘frog pose’ then I’m probably not for you. I have been very interested to read that this particular pose is considered by specialists to not be within the baby’s best interests. This is why I will only do safe posing with your baby.
Do you have facilities at your studio for me to change and/or feed my baby?
My studio is located upstairs in The Emporium Yeovil. I have a changing station available in the studio and you are also welcome to feed your little one there too. If possible please feed your baby just before your photo shoot, so either just before you arrive or you’re welcome to feed on arrival whilst I pop the kettle on.
Do you provide props?
I have a lovely variety of blankets, wraps, bonnets and knitwear and most are hand made and beautiful luxury quality. I also have a selection of lovely props to enhance and compliment the images. If you have that special outfit you would like to have your little one featured in please feel free to bring it.
How do we see the images?
I will send you a private link to view your image profile that only you can access. If you would prefer I would love to welcome you back to Studio 10 to view the images together over a cuppa. Depending on your chosen package you will then receive your images by digital download or on USB.
Do you sell printed images and products?
I do and I use the most amazing company that work exclusively with photographers for all my printing and products. You are welcome to take a look at the sample products at the Studio when you come for your shoot. They are simply beautiful and of the highest quality.
